as a travel agent or as a direct client. When you begin, you will see the site as a direct client would. 
Once you have logged in as a travel agent you will see the site as a travel agent and you must 
logout (the same way you logged in) to experience the site as a direct 
client again.

<BR><BR>Our secure site certificate is a demo version, so please ignore any warning messages 
regarding certificate authenticity - it isn't. You will be provided with a demo credit card number on 
the pages which require one.

We would like you to note the functionality of the suite of pages you will be using to 
make your bookings. This demo version is designed to be very generic in appearance. As part 
of the installation of <b>SpeedRes Web&#153;</b> we customize our pages to fit the look 
and feel of your web pages.

SpeedRes <b>Quick Pay</b> is a browser-based interface to a third-party credit card processing software
using XML protocol. This system is used in conjunction with SpeedRes to create real-time credit 
card transactions in the SpeedRes bookings.

<br>
When users wish to apply a payment to a booking, they will open a browser screen and enter 
the booking number and client code to retrieve the booking information necessary for the 
payment. They will then enter the credit card information and submit the information for 
processing. If the transaction is approved by the payment processing company, the booking is
updated with the corresponding accounting information and a confirmation is displayed. If 
the transaction is declined, a message will appear in the browser to alert the user and allow
corrections or changes to the information prior to resubmittal.

This process is very quick (depending on client network capabilities), taking only a few seconds
to submit and receive a reply confirming the completion of the processing.
